Ingredients: To make Tender coconut souffle you need,
  1. Tender coconut water 1 & 1/2 cup
  2. Coconut milk or full cream milk 1 & 1/4 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  4. Tender coconut flesh puree 1/2 cup
  5. Gelatin 1 tsp
Recipe:
  1. Blend the flesh of tender coconut into a smooth puree. 
  2. Heat the tender coconut water in a saucepan, add Gelatin & dissolves it properly. 
  3. Boil your coconut milk (full cream milk), add condensed milk slowly & stir well. 
  4. Add the milk mixture to the tender coconut water mixture & mix for a minute. After 10 minutes, add tender coconut flesh puree to the above mixture. 
  5. Pour them in a bowl & keep in the fridge for 5-6 hours. 
Your tender coconut souffle (Elaneer Souffle) is ready to eat.
