Herbal keema cake



Ingredients:  

To make herbal keema cake you need, 

  1. 1 & 1/2 cup cooked chicken keema (cooked with herbs & black pepper) 
  2. 1 cup Maida
  3. 1/2 cup rice flour
  4. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour ( Ata) 
  5. 3 large eggs
  6. 3 tsp brown sugar
  7. 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil/ refine/butter
  8. 1 & 1/4 cup full cream milk
  9. 1 spoon baking powder
  10. Few dried rose petals
  11. 1tsp rose water
  12. Powderd herbs (oregano, thyme & Rosemary) 
  13. 1 tsp melon seeds (optional) 
  14. Salt to taste.


Recipe: 

  1. I took 9 inches cake pan. 
  2. Grease the cake pan with oil. 
  3. Line the bottom of the pan with butter papper. 
  4. Mix the dry ingredients in to a bowl & keep aside. 
  5. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with brown sugar for a minute.
  6. Add olive oil & beat till well combined. 
  7. Add milk, rose water, dried rose petals, herbs & mix well. 
  8. Add dry ingredients to the mixture.
  9. Mix well & pour the batter in the cake pan. 
  10. Preheat your oven at 180 degree & bake the cake for 18-20 minutes. 

Enjoy the Herbal keema cake with mint chutney or tomato chutney.
