Chicken cabbage rolls




Ingredients
  1. 1 large Cabbage
  2. 500 gm ground chicken meat
  3. 3. 7-8 cloves garlic finely chopped
  4. 2 medium-size onion finely chopped
  5. 100 gm soya granules
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper 
  7. 1/2 tsp oregano
  8. Tomato sauce
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Olive oil
  11. Finely chopped coriander leaves
  12. 2 tsp Spring onion finely chopped

Recipe
  1. Take a large pot, fill it with water & allow to boil. 
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage & place it in the boiling water for about 10 minutes. 
  3. Remove the outer leaves as they become soft & keep aside. 
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan, cook & stir onion until softened. 
  5. In a large bowl, add ground chicken meat, soya granules, chopped garlic, cooked onion, black pepper, finely chopped coriander leaves, Oregano, finely chopped spring onion & salt. 
  6. Mix the ingredients nicely with a spoon. 
  7. Place about 2 spoons of meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf. 
  8. Roll the leaf, fold the sides & close it nicely. 
  9. Place the rolls in a baking dish. 
  10. Pour tomato sauce over the rolls & cover the dish with an aluminum foil. 
  11. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius & bake the rolls for about 1 hour 20 minutes. 
Your chicken cabbage rolls are ready to eat.
