Chicken keema Bread



Ingredients:

  1. 1 & 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (Ata) 
  2. 2 cup refined flour (Maida) 
  3. 1 & 1/2 cup warm water
  4. 1 spoon instant dry yeast
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 cup Chicken keema (cooked)
  7. 1 egg yolk (optional)

Recipe: 

  1. In a large bowl, add whole wheat flour, refined flour, yeast, warm water, salt & mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes. 
  2. Then knead the dough for 5-10 minutes & keep the dough in a bowl, cover it for 1-2 hours. 
  3. Make 6 balls from the dough & roll them like a chapati. 
  4. Spread the keema uniformly over the chapatis. 
  5. Cut the chapatis from the centre to the edge & roll it from one side & make a cone (please look the picture, I have shared). 
  6. Then press to form a ball & roll it to about 3 inches in diameter with your rolling pin. 
  7. Apply a thin coating of beaten egg yolk (optional).
  8. Bake the bread at 220 degree for 5-6 minutes. 


Your Chicken keema bread is ready to eat.
